I considered becoming a doula for over a decade, then took the leap this summer and completed my formal doula training. 

Birth is a hugely transformational time in a person’s life, a liminal space that requires respect and honor.

The birth of my two kids taught me that it helps to have someone in the room who is solely focused on your voice and your power.

My passion is to educate and inspire birthing parents and their partners so they can experience trust, love, and respect throughout the birth process.
